Production/Shipping/Turnaround times

We are happy to accommodate delivery times as often as we can (especially for birthday kits!) . If you need something by a certain date please email us and we will do our best to help you out if possible.

Our products are made by a very small team. During the holidays, please allow up to 12 business days for your item to be processed and shipped unless otherwise specified (see subscriptions).

Subscriptions and kits that drop on the 15th of the month ship around the 24th of each month via USPS first class mail unless priority mail is selected.

We are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours and PREORDERS cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
